Hey Property is a trading division of Mint Lda who also own the successful HeyPortugal.com website and printed magazine in Portugal.

We are a small team of dedicated business professionals who help estate agents, builders and property developers to sell houses and who make the search process easier for anyone looking for a new house.

We are experienced in the property market in several countries and understand the different needs of people who wish to buy properties.

We are a fully licensed, Portuguese registered limited company but we are NOT estate agents and do not collect a commission for any houses sold on this website.

Meet the Team

Paul Manning – I am aged 44 with 2 children James and Daniel and married to Wendy. We set up Hey Portugal in 2010 after moving here in 2007 and discovering an awful lot about what to do and what not to do when living in Portugal. We decided that we should try and help other people who were doing the same thing and Hey Portugal was born. My original background is in Project Management for production lines of large equipment manufacturers. At the beginning of 2001, I became a CeMAP qualified mortgage adviser so have insight into the property market from a financial view. Prior to moving to Portugal I worked in sales for a big UK Internet service provider increasing their customers by 10,000 over 3 years.

Wendy Manning, Bsc (Hon) – I am 44 years old, with 2 children, James and Daniel and married to Paul. We have lived in Portugal since 2007. I am the Editor of Hey Portugal Magazine, a quarterly print magazine about life in central Portugal. My background is in Quality and Systems Management, and in my previous roles I helped to prepare Marketing Proposals for £multi million projects in both Manufacturing and Civil Engineering. I have also been responsible for the technical elements of HeyPortugal.com website for the past 2 years, and now I am adding Heyproperty.eu to my portfolio.

Paul and I have bought 7 properties together, in UK and Portugal so we have extensive experience as buyers and sellers.

Mr Will Stanton - I Introducing myself, as a 46 year old Business Executive, I have extensively travelled and have a vast knowledge of the construction and property markets. Having started and run successful development and property maintenance companies around the globe it was time to look at something new.

My family and I travelled to Portugal and by fate met Paul and Wendy who with their passion for www.HeyPortugal.com inspired me to invest; needless to say Hey Property was born.

I also have a sales and marketing background gained by working with a large UK Company selling advertising as well as working with a national UK real estate during this period I undertook evening studies further developing my understanding/knowledge of business and finance.
